The Administrator – means EXCELLENT SA based in Kraków (30-841), ul. Nad Drwiną 10/B3, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków Śródmieście, II Commercial Department, under the National Court Register number KRS 0000169449, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 676-10-26-714, REGON (statistical number): 350885473, which provides the electronic services as well as stores and accesses information on the User's devices.
Cookies – means computer data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on the devices, through which the User uses the web pages of the Service.
Administrator's Cookies – means the Cookies published by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.
External Cookies – means the Cookies published by Administrator's partners, through the website of the Service.
The Service – means the website or web application, through which the Administrator runs an internet service, working in the domain excellent.com.pl.
The Device - means an electronic device through which the user accesses the Service.
The User - the entity in favour of whom the electronic services can be provided or with whom the agreement on provision of electronic services can may be concluded in accordance with the Regulations and laws.
II. Types of Cookies
The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's devices. It is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software and malware to get into the User's Device this way. IV. Possibilities of determining the conditions of storage or obtaining access by the External Cookies
The user can independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying conditions of their storage and access by Cookies to the User's Device.
